My passion for helping people reach their true potential led me to the John Maxwell Team. My career prior to joining the John Maxwell Team has provided me the opportunity to work with an amazing variety of people and has spanned multiple industries where I have worked and traveled throughout the United States. My career in the corporate environment has provided me experiences with both fortune 100 companies and start up companies, where I have been recognized as a top performer for the outstanding results I achieved. My entrepreneurial spirit could not be denied and I formed and ran a startup company that reached 1 Million in sales within 2 years.

My key to success however, is my ability to help others be the best that they can be. Through tried and true leadership practices and empowering coaching techniques, I am able to help others find their true potential. I have always had a mindset of humility and fresh inquiry, looking for meaning and importance in even the smallest of things. The majority of my adult life has been spent as a “perpetual student” continuously learning and growing, striving for continuous improvement in all areas of my life. I have personally put the principles and practices of intentional growth strategies to work in my own life and have seen exponential benefits from them.
