I have been a small business owner and entrepreneur for over 30 years. During my journey as a small business owner, I have realized that personal development is the foundation to growing a business. If the person does not grow, neither will the business. Prior to joining The John Maxwell Team I spent 32 years in the Jewelry Industry as a fine jewelry appraiser and jewelry designer. I am a Graduate Gemologist, and have spent many years teaching and helping other members of this industry grow. I love watching a person grow and take flight on their journey of success.
