“The Pulpit and the Pew”

“The Pulpit and the Pew:  Discussions on conflict in the Lord’s House” was written by the 41st Bishop of the Christian Methodist Church, Bishop Marshall Gilmore.  According to Bishop Dotcy I. Isom, Jr., “The book answers the age old question that plagues most congregations. How can the congregation and the leader of the congregation unite to bring into existence the vision that God has provided?”  This is a six-week study in which participants will reflect on ongoing or past conflicts they have encountered as church leaders and learn from each other best practices for managing conflict in the local church.
