I am a professional coach, teacher, speaker, and facilitator. For over twenty-five years, I have been encouraging and empowering people to grow, unleash their full potential, and make a significant impact in the lives of others. My mentor is John C. Maxwell, the number one recognized authority on leadership and personal growth in the world.

I am a master at facilitating groups on leadership and personal development. I am a motivating speaker – encouraging and teaching people to stretch outside their comfort zones and reach their potential. My coaching has helped CEOs, directors, managers, and teams break limiting boundaries and reach pinnacles of success.

My advanced education includes a degree in education from McKendree College, a master’s degree in theology from Emory University, and certifications from The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University and The John Maxwell Team.

Since 2008, I have served as the director of Brehm Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization which serves students with learning disabilities and differences.
