Sarah Jessie Appiah is a Transformational Leadership Coach, Trainer, Teacher and Speaker who shares  her time between Geneva and Africa.
She worked for almost three decades, with the United Nations in the area of developmental aspects of international trade for small and medium-sized enterprises. She held various office managerial positions for HR-related matters (performance appraisal; learning and development and policy) as well as Event Manager for the Executive Forum – ITC’s Flagship Programme and Strategy Development.

She designed and facilitated the monthly calls of the Executive Coaching Group of the International Coach Academy where discussions focused on executive stress and burn out, career transition, team management and how to help executives reach their goals.

She collaborated with Beautiful Soul Afri’CAN, a Senegalese-based company, involved in bringing education and well-being to the continent of Africa using the “Positive Accelerator Approach”. She designed, delivered and facilitated customized training and developmental programmes for her clients.

Sarah works alongside executives who are ready to take their performance to the next level. She enjoys working in one-to-one and team coaching settings, as well as with members of the leadership teams of globally active firms.

Sarah was educated in Ghana, the United Kingdom and United States. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Open University Business School. She is Certified Professional Coach and Learning Leader from the International Coach Academy and a Certified Independent Leadership Coach, Teacher and Speaker of the John Maxwell Team. She is also an Accredited Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation. She is a Human Behaviour Consultant Certified by the Personality Insight Institute. She is also a certified MBTI Practitioner (Steps I & II) assessment tool. She is currently pursuing studies on Strategic Intervention with the Robbins-Madanes Training in the US.
