Ann inspires her clients to look past probability to possibility; to become stronger, more passionate and intentional about their lives. The result is a story that is far more fulfilling than they ever dreamed possible. As trainer, speaker and coach, Ann brings a fresh view of “what is next” for young leaders.
After spending more than 25 years in corporate America in the areas of Customer Service and Contact Center Management and Strategy, successfully developing individuals and teams, she decided to take a more direct approach to growing leaders in the personal development industry. Having been impacted personally by toxic leadership and a conflict rich work environment, she realized that she had a choice to make – stay in the comfort zone (which really isn’t so comfortable) or follow her lifelong passion. Without hesitation, following her own advice, she jumped, starting her own business to serve others in a more meaningful way.
